In house, we serve legal papers within a 70 mile radius of Des Moines, Iowa.

 For other areas of the state, we have a network of known, reliable independent process servers and are happy to refer you to them- see our Statewide tab for information .

if your case is issued out of Iowa and service code differs from Iowa Code- you must specify service methods/codes.

Private Investigating
We are an Iowa Licensed Private Investigative Agency (PI # 4145 and Agency #1072).  Bonded and Insured. 

 

Mobile Notary
We are also State of Iowa Notary Publics and available to notarize documents at your home or office. Our associates are friendly and professional and will notarize an unlimited amount of documents at a location for a reasonable hourly rate. Please be sure that the signing parties are present and all paperwork has been properly prepared.

 

Document Retrieval from the following agencies:

• Courts- Document research and retrieval available at all Iowa District, Appellate, and State Courts

• Secretary of State- Retrieval of public records available at the Iowa Secretary of State office in Des Moines

• Police Stations- Obtain public records (Police Reports) from Iowa Police Stations

 

Skip Tracing/ Locate Service
If we are unable to serve a defendant or servee at the last known address, there are extensive searches that we can perform, varying by the type of information that is available on the defendant or servee.

 

Personal Deliveries
Our associates are available to handle personal deliveries of almost any sort to a resident or office in Central Iowa .
