Julia McMahon is a native of the Sherman Hill neighborhood of Des Moines, Iowa, just northwest of Downtown Des Moines.  This is a historic neighborhood that has come a long way, had it's ups and downs, but with good long term investors and residents can keep moving up. 

In our spare time, the McMahon family always has a project going in this neighborhood as we think investing here is worth it.

We have a few small apartment buildings and a duplex in this neighborhood.

We don't consider ourselves competitors to the landlords we serve papers for, but our many years landlord experience is priceless in handling the eviction process for others.
